Hi! If we’re going to work together it’s only fair that you get to know a little more about me. In fact, I think the best way to get great images of your family is to have a photographer with whom you can feel yourself around.
I’ll start with the obvious – I love photography. I love capturing big moments, tiny details, and genuine love between family members. My goal at every session is to keep things as relaxed and fun as possible to let the real personalities of my subjects shine through.
In addition to being a photographer, I’m also an accountant who has detailed spreadsheets for everything. I love to read (a recent favorite book was Homegoing by Yaa Gyasi,) am constantly coming up with new house or garden projects to add to the list, and our family has also started traveling together more now that my kids are getting older. Our two most recent big trips were to Portugal and Spain for almost 6 weeks in the summer of 2022 and a two week trip around England in the summer of 2023.
Last but not least, I also love seeing how my past clients change each year and learning the stories of the new clients I meet. I can’t wait to share more with you in person!
